The General Pershing Luxury Condos, 1735 General Pershing, New Orleans, La. 70115

      The General Pershing Luxury Condos in Uptown New Orleans are like new.  I like to call this type of condo a Neighborhood Condo that happens to be in a great neighborhood several blocks from St. Charles and the St. Charles Ave. Streetcar line.  It happens to be near a lot of destinations but is nestled in an upscale neighborhood of historic homes.

      The open design of he units are great for entertaining.  The apartment building dates from the 1920’s and every effort was made to preserve the fixtures and feel of the era while giving you an almost new condo.

      The condo association has four large units with each unit having at least 1500 sq. ft of living area plus a garage and a large storage area in the basement.  Secure entry to the  complex and a courtyard in the rear of the complex with another exit.  Each condo features lots of natural light, recessed lights, ceiling fans, high ceilings, crown molding, wood floors, new kitchens, new baths, freshly painted inside and out.  Its almost like new.  You will have to check oout the finish work and the hardware details.

     The open floor plan and the fact that the units are all on one floor makes them live even larger than the numbers indicate.  Each condo has two bedrooms and two large baths.  The laundry hook ups are in the hall bathroom.

Each unit has a large storage area in the basement attached to the garage.  Who would pass up storage.  Its easy street parking for your friends and visitors.  You will have them because almost all the Mardi Gras Parades are within tow blocks from your door step.

      The gourmet kitchen like thhis is rarely seen in the New Orleans condo market.  The marble counters and custom cabinets  along with the recessed lights make this kitchen a focal point of the large living area.  The gas stove, stainless applainces, work island, large pantry make this a chefs delight.
