		<description>Eric, The Cotton Mill is a beautiful complex.  I am in the process of obtaining FHA approval for the entire complex.  This approval will allow for approximately 70 units to be financed FHA with 3.5% down.  The maximum loan amount will be $287,500 so quite a few units will qualify.  I will keep you updated on my progress as we are in the final stages of condo approval.
