Its their fault if they did not correct it the first time. As an agent I have interceded on my clients behalf on several occasions when the companies did not want to get the job done properly. Not all arranty Companies are created equally. I thought most of the a/c 's in that complex were new when purchased and may be under a warranty from the manufacturer for a perisod of time.
