Renting Your New Orleans Condo, Things to consider? Corporate Rentals?

     This however makes the renting of the units in more demand and especially so if it can be used as a corporate rental. New Orleans Corporate rentals After Katrina all these ordinances and condominiums were brushed aside.  We are coming back to more normal times and the rules are beginning to apply again.  You can always write a 90 days lease with an early out if some wants it for 75 days or so.  The corporate leases are a nice way to pick up some extra cash during the year to offset some condo fees. 

      Most people that want to rent on the short term like places with amenities, character and security.  The condos are always in demand when there is a pool, gym, available parking with Internet hookups and cable TV.  People want to have security and be around other people for a short stay.  Renters want a historic feel because this is New Orleans.  They just want to pay the bill and enjoy there stay.  Many of these renters do not spend a lot of time in the units but are tired of a hotel room.  New Orleans Corporate Rentals in Warehouse DistrictYou can get some great rent when its rented.  This can offset some of your cost if you are using it as a second home.  Besides amenties people want a place nicely furnished with the basics in the kitchen.

     The areas where I get most of the request for corporate rentals is the New Orleans Warehouse District followed by the Uptown area.  The Warehouse District is where people want to be since they want to be close to the work and all the things that you could do.
